Estimated Delivery Schedule
At Clutchory, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM Monday to Friday. (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
- Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
- Shipping Duration: 4–6 business days.
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–8 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real-time.
Prices, Taxes & Currency
- Product Prices: All prices shown on our website are listed clearly in USD (United States Dollars).
- Taxes: Depending on your shipping address, sales tax may apply and will be calculated at checkout before you complete your order.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in USD. If you are shopping from another country, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates and additional fees.
- Final Checkout Price: The total amount you see at checkout (including product price, shipping fee, and applicable taxes) is the amount you will be charged. No hidden costs.
Shipping Cost
We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 on all standard orders within the United States, regardless of order size or weight. Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Any additional charges (such as express delivery or special handling) will be displayed during checkout if selected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in case of returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.).
Shipping Carriers
To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we work with trusted shipping carriers.
Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS within the United States.
Express Shipping (Optional): Faster delivery is available through DHL Express upon request. Additional charges apply and will be shown at checkout.
Tracking: All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has been dispatched.
Secure Delivery: Packages are shipped with proper packaging to ensure that your handbags arrive in perfect condition.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.
Product Condition & Responsibility
Product Condition: All handbags are shipped in brand-new, unused condition. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
Customer Responsibility: Once the product is delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to handle and use it properly. Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification will not be eligible for return or refund.
Delivery Issues: If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery along with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a suitable solution (replacement, exchange, or refund).
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or un-deliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. In case the order is delivered to a wrong address provided by the customer, Clutchory will not be held liable for the loss. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us at support@clutchory.store within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the package has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Address Modification
Customers may request an address modification within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@clutchory.store. After this time frame, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed, as the order may already be processed or shipped. If the order has been dispatched, address changes will not be possible, and the customer will be responsible for any additional costs or delays caused. Clutchory will not be liable for delivery issues arising from delayed address modification requests.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@clutchory.store with your Order Number and Registered Email Address. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for guidance. Clutchory reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
Tracking Updates
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order package. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after the carrier updates their system. Customers can track their orders anytime by using the provided tracking link or by visiting the carrier’s official website. If you face any issue with tracking or your tracking number does not work after 48 hours, please contact us at support@clutchory.store for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Products
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your product is lost or damaged during transit, Clutchory will assist you in resolving the issue. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@clutchory.store with your Order Number for investigation. In case of damaged items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will either send you a replacement product (if available) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note: Clutchory is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Delays or Exceptions
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time-frame, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, or high seasonal demand. In such cases, Clutchory will keep you informed via email or order tracking updates. Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.
