Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the return request must be submitted before the 14-day period expires. Items received after the return window may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Eligibility
For a return to be accepted:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must include all original tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.
- Any product showing signs of use, wear, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@clutchory.store with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). Our customer service team will review your request and send you detailed return instructions. Once approved, please ship the product back to the return address provided.
Return Label
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) to ensure safe delivery. Clutchory is not responsible for returns lost or delayed by the carrier.
Return Method
Ship the item securely in its original packaging. Include a note with your order number inside the package to help us process your return quickly. Keep a copy of your shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
Damages and Issues (Defective / Wrong Items)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos or videos of the issue to support@clutchory.store. We will arrange for a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including products showing clear signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team within the return period to request an exchange authorization. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement product as quickly as possible. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method in accordance with our return policy. We aim to make the exchange process smooth and hassle-free so you can receive the right item without delay.
Change of Mind
Returns due to “change of mind” are accepted only if the item meets all return eligibility requirements. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Late Refunds
If your refund has not been received after 7 business days:
- Double-check your bank or payment provider statement.
- Contact your credit card company or stripe, as processing times may vary.
- If the issue persists, email us at support@clutchory.store and we’ll assist you immediately.
